SCARY HALLOWEEN ROSETTE BANNER
This is a seven rosette banner. I used card stock to make the six in rosettes. I used two inch black glittered letters. I also used glitter to add some sparkle to the rosettes - my camera does not capture the sparkle :( I also used two images of skulls at each end.
I love the way this banner turned out. This banner measures about forty eight inches long. I used my natural color ribbon to string the rosettes together.
